A New Challenge: 100 Pushups

So I came across the 100 pushups site and since my arms are about as strong as noodles I decided to start the program. I did the initial test and woefully did only 5 pushups. That means I really need to do this program. Just finished my week 1, day 1 set (see my progress here if you’re interested in that sort of thing). Boy this is tough. YOU SHOULD DO IT TOO! And if you do, leave a link to your tracking progress so I can either envy or commiserate with you. 😀
